time

We’re not all given the same things to glorify God with, but we are all given the same 24 hours.

Where your time needs to go may be different than where mine does. A mother of a newborn does need to take care of her baby. Someone with chronic illness does have some limits. It’s insensitive to disregard that at times people do have requirements that will fundamentally alter how they are able to invest their energy. But it also doesn’t change the truth that we all have the same number of hours in our days.

How do you wisely steward the time in your life to glorify God?

Some necessary tough love: it’s more likely that you’re excusing yourself from doing hard things for nonessential reasons than it is you are truly unable to accomplish the goals you have.

The habits you incorporate into your life make a tremendous impact on how you spend your time. You have the opportunity to “make” time for yourself by altering where your time is going.

We all need sleep. Exercising can help your body to need less sleep. Investing your time in the gym can get you time back from needing to sleep, while also helping you feel less lethargic.

Want a reality check on where your time goes? Look at the screen time report on your phone. That will humble you real fast.
